• Account & Contact: name, email, workspace/company.
• Content & Files: designs and assets you upload or generate.
• Credentials: API keys/tokens you connect (e.g., Printify, Shopify).
• Transactional: billing info (handled by Stripe), plan, invoices.
• Usage & Device: log data, event data, device/browser, cookies, approximate location, diagnostics.
• Support: messages, attachments, and metadata when you contact us.

We collect the above from you, your devices, integrated services, and service providers.

How We Use Information

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service; operate integrations you enable.
• Authenticate, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce policies.
• Process payments and account changes.
• Customer support and communications about the Service.
• Research, de-identified analytics, and product development.
• Legal compliance and to protect rights, safety, and property.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active and as needed for compliance.
• Design files & related data: deleted 90 days after account cancellation (subject to backups/archives for limited periods).
• Payment records: retained as required by law.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict/oppose processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise rights or appeal a denial, email privacy@sorticia.com.

• California/CPRA: rights to know, delete, correct, limit use of sensitive personal information, and opt out of sharing. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
• EEA/UK/Switzerland: rights under GDPR; you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
• Other U.S. states: similar rights as applicable; appeals available.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
